A unique phenomenon.

The #FCCMETHOD is based on a body sculpting workout, with different modalities such as strength, HIIT, Barré, Power Yoga and more.

A 5 minute dynamic warm-up, 40 minutes of working the body, 10 minutes of dynamic cool-down and mobility and last but not least, 5 minutes of a peaceful guided meditation.
